This program will be in the form of a panel discussion about how Receiverships and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors work or don’t work. The program is intended to be an opportunity to participate and ask questions regarding alternatives to foreclosure or bankruptcy. The panel hopes to go beyond a discussion about the rules dictating how these vehicles are created to tell where there can be traps or advantages.
